Data Entry Support with Bookkeeping and AppFolio Experience

Hello there! We are looking for a motivated, bright and professional individual to join our team!

As a Data Entry Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client by providing assistance with various financial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Handling the invoices process (receiving, verifying and processing invoices).
• The candidate will handle various financial tasks, including: bank reconciliations, accounts payable, journal entries, light financial statement analysis.
• Reviewing the encoded information in Appfolio to ensure accuracy and completeness, and then approving it for further processing.

Kualifikimet

Requirements:

• Experience with AppFolio is required.
• Strong bookkeeping skills, preferably with an accounting background.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to completing tasks accurately and on time.
• Accuracy while processing tasks efficiently, ensuring that financial tasks are done precisely.
• Good computer skills.
• Schedule is Monday-Friday 9 am- 6 pm EST.
