Alumil Albania, located at the Tirana-Durres Highway, 7th km, has been operating in Albania since 2004 and is one of the largest companies for the production and retail and wholesale of aluminium products in the Albanian market.

Alumil Albania is part of ALUMIL S.A. headquartered in Thessaloniki-Greece which is the largest privately owned aluminium extruding group in South East Europe in terms of production capacity, for complete aluminium profile systems. For its needs, the company seeks to hire experienced employees in the following position: Architect Consultant

Position Objective:

The purpose of the Architect Consultant is to consult and provide technical support for every stakeholder: Architects, Engineers, Fabricators, end-Customers and colleagues.

Detyrat

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Formulate construction designs through AutoCAD for further supporting the project design.
2. Conduct static studies for the appropriate profile selection during the study of the project.
3. Engaged with specialized project designs.
4. Able to identify and meet client needs.
5. Maintain and enhance the relationship with end customers after purchase.
6. Comply with the data entry process for projects on the CRM.
7. Inform the market development department with regards to inbound large-scale projects.
8. Visit the construction sites for technical support.
9. Mentor new and existing colleagues with regards to technical details.
10. Visit the construction sites alongside Front Office stakeholders for technical support.

Kualifikimet

Competences/skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D), with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Effective communication and active listening skills.

Working days: Monday to Friday

3. Company is offering 13th salary, performance bonus, private health insurance, transportation and working conditions based on the Labor Code.
